Incoming calls are free and unlimited. You can call anyone who has a US telephone number for 2.5cents a minute from India. To avoid any charges call anybody in the US and ask them to call you back. Your initial account will have a $10 balance which will give 400 minutes of talk time. Customers tell us their $10 outgoing call balance have lasted them up to one and a half years.

Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. Our VOIP services allow you to use a traditional phone connected to a VOIP adapter.

• A broadband (high speed Internet) connection is required. This can be through a cable modem, or high speed services such as DSL or a local area network. The faster your Net connection, the better the call quality.

• Any touch-tone phone, corded or cordless. A corded phone will be provided by Visonade. Upgrades and Cordless phones will be available on request.
• You can make payments online through Paypal or mail a check addressed to "Visonade". You will receive a monthly Invoice and payment reminder via email.
• There is no contract with Visonade. The service can be terminated and renewed any time. For example, if you have bought the plan for somebody in India and they are travelling to the US for 3 months, you can suspend the service for that period.
